Kenneth Paul Hohn, of Sterling Heights, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at the age of 97. He was born November 9, 1925 in Newport, Arkansas to the late Abraham and Joanna Hohn. Beloved husband of Geraldine. Dearest father of Linda (Rick) Debolt, Lexie (Ray) Durda, Rick (Terri) Hohn, Jan (Pat) Stephens, Diane (née Karpinski) Drop, Lisa (Paul) Burcar, Bryan Hohn, Colleen (Wayne) Wickersham, Chris (fiancée Janet) Hohn, and Caroline (John) Kase. Also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends.

Kenneth honorably and faithfully served his country during WWII as a member of the United States Navy aboard the USS San Juan; then as a veteran, he was active with the VFW Post 6691 in Fraser, MI. He was a world traveler who spent time with Geraldine across the globe; together they would see sites from Europe, Australia, Poland, Brazil, Paris, and countless other destinations. Kenneth was also active in his children's lives, from helping in Cub Scouts to coaching baseball and softball, he was right there to help them grow and succeed. In his free time, Kenneth enjoyed playing cards, especially Pinochle, as well as watching and going to Detroit Tigers games. He was well loved and will be truly missed.

Visitation Friday 2-8 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Rosary at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc., 11470 Thirteen Mile Road (West of Hoover) Warren. Instate Saturday 9 a.m. until a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Blase Catholic Church, 12151 Fifteen Mile Road (East of Dodge Park Road) Sterling Heights. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
