Patriarch Bill Burkhardt, Sr. ventured out on his own because he was sick of the lack of care and quality exhibited by companies in the roofing industry. He knew there had to be a better way. Sons Bill Jr., Matt and James started working in the field during high school and college. Bill Sr. wanted to make sure his sons knew what hard work was, the value of delivering a service that actually helps people, and to make sure they knew a trade that would be able to provide for them and their families.
Along the way, Bill Jr. and Matt became partners in the company and are leading Four Seasons Kanga Roof forward towards our goal of being one of the top 100 roofing companies in the USA along with being the brand leader in roofing for Metro Detroit.
Since our inception, safety has been at the forefront of everything that we have done. We also believe in investing in a strong company culture which truly cares for our team members.
Bill Sr has sought out training opportunities from manufacturers and industry experts for the team to ensure we deliver the best results for our clients. We are focused on only hiring the very best people and technicians.
We now have over 65 team members where we let our Core Values drive all of our decision making. To even be on our team, applicants must pass stringent drug testing and thorough background checks. We never want anyone on our projects that we would not trust in our own homes.
